Mathavan has spent over two decades in tech as an entrepreneur, building impactful products across domains and leading global teams, and is passionate about solving meaningful problems using technology to transform businesses and organizations.

Phil is a design-led entrepreneur and founding team member of Terrascope. He is focused on elevating the end-the-end experience for customers, combining SaaS platforms and services, and scaling the positive climate impact that enterprises can create for people and the planet.

Before Terrascope, Lia was a climate negotiator and Senior Advisor to the 39 countries of the Alliance of Small Island States in the United Nations. She has worked at the interface of government, business, and civil society for a decade to accelerate a just climate transition.

Miguel is a data science leader with over 15 years of experience. He has led data science teams for top consulting firms (BCG, Accenture, Deloitte) across continents, solving data challenges for the largest companies in the world. At Terrascope, he leads GHG measurement and improvement strategies for clients across industries.

Siang Hou, a technology and strategy leader, was the decision sciences leader at Data Science Centre of Excellence of Merck Sharp & Dohme. She started her career at the Economic Development Board, Singapore, taking on key roles across data analysis, strategy, planning and business development.

Kyara is an accomplished people leader with a proven track record of working with top startups in the region. Kyara leverages her background in consulting, leadership advisory firms, finance, marketing, and psychology, to offer a unique perspective to aligning people strategies with business objectives.

Etienne is a finance professional with 13 years of experience in the e-commerce industry, finance, and external audit. He has a unique combination of expertise in logistics performance, financial modeling, business planning, and project management, and has led multidisciplinary teams across organizations.

Janice is an accomplished Customer Service professional, having worked at technology companies like Twitter and Meta. Her experience in Singapore’s National Carrier has equipped her with the foundational operational and soft skills to navigate the challenges working in a global environment.

Suresh Sundararajan is currently the CEO of Nupo Ventures, the incubation and venture building arm of Olam Group based out of Singapore, and the co-founder of Terrascope.

Sunny Verghese is Group CEO of Olam and CEO of Olam Global Agri. Sunny Verghese was Chair of the World Business Council for Sustainable Development, the global, CEO-led organization dedicated to accelerating the transition to a sustainable world.

Karen Coyne has been working for 30 years at the intersection of environment, ESG, enterprise risk management, and business. She has led and mentored global teams to successfully navigate the complexity of ESG issues in dynamic, multifaceted business and stakeholder environments.

Claire Perry O’Neill served as Minister of State for Energy and Clean Growth, and created the UK’s Clean Growth and Green Finance Strategies. She served as COP26 President-Designate, and now co-chairs the global Imperatives Advisory Board at the World Business Council for Sustainable Development.

Mari Kogiso is a leader in impact investing with a background in sustainable finance and social entrepreneurship. She co founded SDG Impact Japan in 2021 and developed the ESG engagement fund, and has held prominent positions at organizations like the World Bank and Mitsubishi Corporation, among others.
